Hello, my name is Sorcha Kelly and I am delighted to bring you this message.

The very fact that you are now reading these words means that I have been successful in my mission of resurrecting this text, and it’s very important and timely message.

This project has been a true labour of love for me. It has taken me almost ten years! from start to finish, and I have overcome many obstacles, fears and doubts along the way. But God is great and finally here I am on the last step of writing a new forward to the 2022 edition

The book A Message for Humanity came to me in 2012 when, with my life in tatters, I found myself living and working as a volunteer in the hostel of a Buddhist centre. Having been involved previously in the world of Hollistic health & Alternative medicines, I had read many books on diverse spiritual topics and had come accross a number of new-age theories and practices including information about Angels and how to work with them.

Although initially excited and inspired by these new ideas, I quickly came to feel uneasy about how one-sided a lot of these practices seemed to be- as though it was enough to light a candle and command an Angel to deliver-more wealth, a new and better relationship, house, car, job etc.

I was bothered by what seemed to me to be a lack of personal responsibility and an unhealthy emphasis on the self, and on selfish desires. But what bothered me the most, I was surprised to discover, was the absensce of the word God.

I had begun to notice that many new-age authors/gurus seemed to favour using words such as source or energy instead of the word God. Various reasons were given for this choice. Some explained that they believed these words would be more acceptable to those who had difficulties with the concept and practices of organized religions. Others felt that too much suffering had been experienced globally in the name of God for the use of this word to be anything other than offputting.

I could see their point, but still felt strangely uneasy at the use of these other terms .

So when one day a guest passing through the Buddhist centre gave me a copy of Karyn Martin-Kuri’s A Message for Humanity, I thanked him but put the book aside thinking , “pfff...another new age book....great! ”

Eventually one sleepless night I picked up the book in despair hoping to at least pass a few hours reading it, and to tire myself out in the process. Several hours later I ended up hugging it! I learnt so much that night and even more in the following weeks as I read the whole book through several times.

One of the most important Truths I learnt at that time directly concerned this issue of substituting other words for the word God. The author explained clearly that although we are living in an age where increasing numbers of spiritual beings are seeking access to humanity, and often promise wonderful rewards to those willing to engage with them, not all of them are working for our higher good. They may in fact be deceiving us, and even leading us deliberatly into grave and mortal danger.

I took the message of this powerful book so much to heart, and felt so deeply it’s relevence for the challenging times we are living in that I felt compelled to buy as many copies as I could afford, and to spread them around. Unfortunately I then discovered that the book was out of print. It had been originally published by a relatively obscure publisher who had perhaps not recognized it’s importance for our times. After trying and failing to convince him to re-print the book I decided to take matters into my own hands and to re-type the manuscript and somehow to pass it on to others.

Having made numerous unsucessfull attempts to contact the author during this process I decided to carry on with the project in the hope that one day we would connect with each other. This moment came eventually. Very shortly before her sudden death I received Karyn Martin-Kuri’s full endorsement of my mission.

At present I cannot afford to make a print version of this book, so I have decided to release this digital version and to set up Go Fund Me page.

All monies collected will go towards future re-prints as well as funding a Spanish language edition.

My dream is to spread the message of this book as widely as possible, in as many languages as possible.
